This is by far My biggest struggle exercise in F1. So this is a call for help. When My arms and legs are straight It takes (i think) to big effort to keep My lower back on the ground. All suggestions are very welcome. Whats tight and whats weak?

Hi Jonas,
Thanks for posting a video. You are actually looking pretty good on this exercise. As you sit up, keep working on straightening your spine. Also, keep focusing on fully compressing (thighs and chest closer together) at the top of each rep.
You are also welcome to keep your fingertips on the ground for balance. Do not support any weight with your hands, but simply use them to stabilize yourself.
Great work so far, keep being consistent and it will improve!
Allright Jeffrey, THanks for the response.
Is it standard having to press the lower back to the ground hard when lowering arms&legs? I feel this is where I lose the tempo because if i go down to fast, My lower back Will show daylight.
I am curious about this too, should we be maintaining a hollow position all the way down to the last few inches, then lay down completely and let go of the hollow position on the last few inches?
How am i doing? THanks
Hi Jonas,
Nice improvement. You are doing a much better job of getting a good compression at the top of each rep. Keep working on straightening your spine as you do your tuck-up.
