Hello,

I am curious if it is better to do the middle split stretch video with my legs as wide apart as possible, but sacrificing the ability to lower my chest as far to the floor (like when they do the walking hands back and forth, the bouncing, hovering pancake, the swings....

Or to not go as max wide apart with the legs, but to be able go lower with my chest down?

Which is the most efficient way to train to get the legs at 180 degrees apart and chest all the way down?

Thank you!

Hi Brett,

Good quesition. When you do the pancake exercises, you'd want to keep your back straight/arched. As you progress with the stretches in the series your adductors will open and you will be able to get into a wider straddle.
