Hello,

Just started F1.
In the Splits, Strech, Handstand and Movement I only have sample videos.
On the workout schedule, I have them blocked in training days.
What am I to do? do the exercise just based on the sample videos? what did you guys do?

Thanks,
Yaron.

Hi Yaron,

Thanks for reaching out. Coach Sommer's recommended schedule includes the entire beginner level curriculum; this consists of Foundation One, Handstand One, Handstand Two, Stretch, and Tumbling One.

Coach is suggesting that training all of those courses in conjunction is the absolute best plan. If you do not own a course then you don't need to worry about its associated workout. Focus only on the 'Core', 'Upper Body', and 'Lower Body' workouts for now. Over time, it is ideal to add more and more of the curriculum to your weekly training.

so just so i understand.
Let's say Monday says "Middle Split" just switch it with upper\core\lower exercise?

Hey Yaron,

Each week, all you need to do is simply complete each available workout once, on any day or days you choose. Once you have green checkmarks over 'Core', 'Lower Body', and 'Upper Body', you have completed your training for the week. After you have spent some time performing each workout once per week, you can consider adding additional workouts to your schedule. For now, I suggest once per week each.

Alright, cool.

Thanks for the fast replies.

We are supposed to train H1 and H2 at the same time in an ideal world? I thought H2 would come after completing H1.

Everett Carroll

Hi Chris,

H2 has preparatory elements that can be started immediately, alongside H1.
