Hi Nuno, here follow my tips from the first video:
vid 1 - try to resist the fall of the wrists, do not limit yourself to lift "easily" on the knuckles.
vid 2- in the resting position I prefer to have the weight directly on the hands. so shoulders over the hands. when you roll forward you need to increase a bit the range of motion so that all the thumb will reach the floor.
vid 3 - looks ok, try to not shift too much weight on the supporting arm
vid 4 -right one seems to be more mobile, take this as a reference and do not progress until the left one reaches the same level.
@Alessandro Mainente thanks for all tips!!
I'm sorry, but i didn't understand the first tip completely... do you mean i should perform the movement with more "control"?
thanks a lot.
Nuno
basically I can show that I can do the wrist push up for 30 reps with not effort but i'm using too much momentum, when you have to lower down on the dorsal part of the hand you need to active resist the weight by pushing on the floor with the fingers, this will activate the extensor.
@Alessandro Mainente hello!
here are the videos with the modifications you mentioned (i think
)
definitly feel more pressure...
what do you think?
thanks again!
Nice corrections.
