It doesn't hurt but I do feel discomfort in my lower back with supine shoulder extension walks. Is it because of weak muscles or could it be bad form?

This is not typical and is worth consulting a chiropractor or other medical professional about. Please also feel free to submit a form check to see if we can help you correct any part of the execution. Avoid training through the lower back discomfort and get a physicians opinion as soon as you can.
