So i bought foundations in 2015 and didnt have the space to really take too much advantage of it but now i have moved i am able to actually to have the time and space to train whenever i want but i am having a hard time coming to grips with the new website , back when i was using GB the workout planner wouldve give you a set series of workouts to do on whatever day specifically from the foundatios series but now the planner seems really bad and just throws in random stuff like core work splits and the same upperbody movements over and over again where as before it had multiple different upperbody movements on different days and i don't want days dedicated to split training but if every day is set to upperbody it just logs in the exact same upperbody movement and doesnt let you change it. So is there anyway to get back the old workout planner for the foundation series where it walked you through the correct and most optimal progressions

HI Jordan welcome back, unfortunately the actual update it not reversible. it is only a matter of adapting to the new schedule.

Hey Jordan, actually you can still configure your workouts on the workouts settings page (https://my.gymnasticbodies.com/#settings). The "random stuff" you are reffering to are Foundation workouts split by body parts. You can still view all courses content on the Courses library page (https://my.gymnasticbodies.com/#series). You weren't specific enough, so I hope I answered your questions, but if there is anything else you don't know/find, just ask here and we'll do our best to help you out. The new interface is actually much more flexible and "forgiving" than the old one was.

Hello Jordan,

There are no 'random' workouts.

The programming is exactly the same as it was previously.  The exercise groupings have simply been adjusted to reflect those that most beginners are more comfortable with.

Take the time to watch the intro video and then read the stickied instructions to the new course interface and most of your questions will be answered.

Yours in Fitness,

Coach Sommer
