Coach Sommer Motivational Video

Hey guys! I'm a casual youtuber. I created this motivational video feature Coach Somme's and I wanted to share it with the GST community.

There are so many motivational videos featuring Arnold Schwarzchnegger, Bruce Lee, Basketball/ Football players, I wanted to create one that feature Coach Sommer. I felt that the "don't train through pain" and Patience attitude was very unique  - so I wanted to share his message with the world.

Awesome!  Thank you.

I love this, Christopher! Thanks for sharing

Christopher this video is wonderful.

This is really really really great. I've listened to Coach Sommer's podcasts (all over them) repeatedly. Here we got a nice little summary and reminder. Thanks for doing it, @Christopher Chien!!!
