I'm on Step 9 for HBP PE1. How are things looking for advancement to PE2? Sorry for the German Arm Swing cut-off...the camera angle was low.
Thanks for your input!

Hi Adam,
Not bad on this one. At the top of your reps you are slightly too hollowed. Remember that there is a difference between protraction and hollow. Keep trying to protract the scapula while keeping your mid and lower back flat and the pelvis in PPT.
Please also post another video of your german arm swing where your entire body is visible so that we can give you better feedback.
We're looking forward to seeing it!
OK. Here's a redo, complete with a better-fitting German Arm Swing.
Hi Adam,
Nice improvement. You are doing a much better job of keeping your back flat and holding PPT. Keep working on increasing protraction while keeping your back flat.
On your iM you are also doing a pretty good job. You are picking up a small arch as you swing your arms. Remember to squeeze your stomach to help pull your ribs down and flatten your spine. Also, your right arm looks tighter than your left. Keep working this exercise until you can get your elbows a bit further behind your head.
@Jeffrey Bittner Thanks for the feedback! I'll give it another week of practice and then submit another form check.
Looking forward to seeing it!
@Jeffrey Bittner I finally got around to filming another round. What do you think?
Hi Adam,
Great improvement! Your PE looks awesome. Your iM has also come a long way. You are doing a better job of keeping your spine flat as you swing your arms. I would still like to see more ROM on this mobility. Your goal should be to get your elbow behind your head as you swing the arm.
You're making a ton of progress. Keep at it!
@Jeffrey Bittner Awesome. Thanks for the feedback. I'll continue working on the iM, for sure. It's definitely a different feeling, trying to actively keep my ribs down. It "feels" like that's restricting my ROM. We'll give it some more time. Much appreciated.
