Please critique my form. Some things I notice: my low back sags a bit when I retract my scapulae. Any tips or cues to fix this?

my butt does not stay on the ground in swivel hips.

i think this movement is deceptively hard, and I appreciate your input on my form.

Hi Valerie,

Good eye on the PE. To help keep your lower back in a better position, squeeze your legs, glutes, and core. Think of achieving the hollow body shape from your FL progressions. Also pay special attention to your elbows as you retract; on some reps they bent slightly as you reached your maximum retraction. For the iM, be sure to keep your glutes down on the floor even if that means your knees don't get all the way to the floor. If you find that especially difficult, try adding in some sets of the modification Wes describes in the technique tip video after your upper body workout is complete.

Keep it up and shoot us any questions you might have!
