Hey guys, dont know if this has been asked before. Sorry if thats the case.

Ive been trying to structure a daily mobility / limbering routine and have a few questions.

1. Would it be ok to do loaded mobility every day?

2. How about performing all the iM's from F1 for 1 set, every day?

3. Performing the Routine twice a day (mornings and evenings) too much?

What are your thoughts, experiences or recommendations aside the GB Stretch Series to keep the flexibe with a low intensity routine?

Thanks, Chris.

1. it depends on your level, the more your structures are prepared the more load you can hold without specific overtraining.

2. no if you are working on F1 since there are weighted exercise.

3.again depends on the level of the athlete.

Stretch routines of GB are good if done once a week. what should be held in a daily work are 1 or 2 exercises of your weakest area.

In continuation to this post,

As it is recommended to be done once a week for each body part is it good idea to combine them all together and get it done during one day session? e.g. at the end of the week as the last day for example?

Hi Rafal, well from my pov take the exercise the one exercise (where you have more limitations) from all the 3 stretch series, and use them daily if you need.
