Would anyone have some recommendations as to how to scale the bridge portion of the Thoracic Bridge series? I started F1 and the stretch series about 10 weeks and don't yet have the strength/mobility to do any of the bridge work stretches or to even go up into a bridge at this point.

Thoracic Bridge Series scaling

Hi Sam,
Good question, for many students it can be hard to get into the elevated bridge position to begin with. You can try get into the position by kicking up to a Handstand against the wall (back facing the wall). Stand a little bit away from the wall when kicking up. Then walk your feet further down and make sure to lean into the Stretch.

Hi @Sam Jarvis, good advise from Pauline.
I also wondered, how far are you in Foundations because it will really help you in your Thoracic Bridge Series.
