Is there a way to see a breakdown of the progressions in the different Handstand packs. If not, is there an overlap between the Foundation 1 and the Handstand 1 packs, or is it beneficial to do both alongside each other? (I'm halfway through Foundation 1 right now).

Handstand 1 vs. Foundation 1

Hi James,
There is no way of seeing the breakdown of the progressions until you purchase H1. You are able to view a sample from your Dashboard. It is definitely beneficial to do it alongside your Foundation training. You may have noticed that in Coach Sommer's preferred schedule in the dashboard you train Foundation alongside Handstand and the stretch series. In fact Handstand is such a vital part that it gets it' own stand alone course. It is definitely worth the investment and is symbiotic with the other courses.
Hi James,
If you are halfway along with your Foundation One then I would suggest that you add Handstand One. It is very beneficial alongside each other as Darin said.

Sorry if this is really basic, but how can you tell when you're halfway?
If you reach mid-way of the progressions on Foundation One @Graeme Wright![]()

Funny guy haha. Let me rephrase the question then - In F1 I have 6 exercises in Core and Upper Body, and 2 exercises in Lower Body. Are those the only exercises included in F1? Are you assigned new ones once you progress through those? Or do you have to upgrade to F2 to get the new exercises?
sorry about that. haha yes you have to upgrade once you have progressed through those exercises. you need F2 to get through the next progressions.
@Graeme Wright you can browse course content on the Course Library page (https://my.gymnasticbodies.com/#series/foundation). There is 6 progressions (6 different strength/mobility exercises) for each of the 7 elements in Foundation. Once you master them all, you need to get F2.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you! Wow, there is a whole lot more than I thought, this is great!
If in doubt James go ahead and purchase H1
Handstand one helps to balance the shoulder girdle specifically through increasing the posterior chain strength while foundations with IM's increases the availability of range of motion. the 2 component must be implemented together to gain more shoulder stability as soon as possible.
