What is the difference between a front support position and a plank position? My guess is that a front support has a flat back parallel to the ground, and then hips to ankles is at a 45 degree angle, where plank is flat from shoulders to ankles. Is this correct?
Thanks.

Front Support vs Plank

Straight arm plank and front support means the same thing, it is simply a use of technical words to define position.
Got it, thank you!
As a follow-up, when you are doing front support, should your shoulders be rotated forward (pushing your chest farther from the ground) or rotated backward (pushing your chest lower). I know there are technical words but I have forgotten them.
Hi Scott,
In front support you are trying to keep a hollow body position with shoulders protracted.
Use the videos in the course as a refrence point as the athletes show you the correct positioning for your body.
Also you are welcome to post videos to have your form checked.
