Scapular Push-ups Form Check

Thanks for submitting. They look good from this angle as long as your elbows are remaining locked (the long sleeves made it hard to tell). Can you try to take a video from the top, like what is shown in the exercise video, and remove your shirt? You can also submit a hip swivel form check here as well. Your mobility is just as important
