Hi,

Looking for some feedback on my T-Bridge. Maybe necessary to elevate the feet a little higher? Striving for PPT but do have a hyper mobile lower back from years of yoga.

Also a question regarding T-Bridge Push-up form. Do we strive to keep elbows somewhat in line (first rep in the attached video) similar to the screw home movement when performing push-ups? This being opposed to just letting the elbows flair out (2nd rep).

I think I know the answer as the former is much tougher than the latter but would love some clarification :)

Thanks. Really loving it so far.

Hi T.J.,

Nice bridge work! Your elevated bridge looks pretty good. As you said, you are picking up too much arch in the lower back and not enough open in the thoracic spine/shoulders. Elevating the feet higher while doing this stretch is a smart idea.

On your TB push-up, aim for the form you used on your first rep.

It looks good, keep working hard!

Will do Jeffrey. Thanks for the quick response. Very much appreciated.
