Lizard Front Foot Position

In the demonstration video the gymnasts front foot is planted on the floor but in the common issues video the gymnast demonstrates her foot completely flexed on her toes. Does this matter? When flexed on the toes with the heel way off the ground it causes the knee to be well past the toes.

Hi Lisa, 

Great observation. The heel on the floor is demonstrating better achilles tendons, if the calf and achilles are tight you can come up onto the toes.
