Hello everyone. I am new to GB and just started foundation 1, stretch, and handstand1. Love it so far. Any recommendations on the length of rings I should purchase for a typical garage setup? Ceiling is about 9.5 ft high. I see 8 and 16 foot lengths, so I was curious. Thanks!!
Ring length recommendations?

Hi Marcos,
Until after the Foundation series at least, the 8ft straps will be fine 
The 16ft could come in handy for ring planks and handstands later (usually you want to be not too far off the ground when you are learning!) but this can be worked around and is not necessary
