hi all a moment ago i was playing with shoulder dislocate and i was wondering if anyone noticed that during shoulder dislocate you feel your lower torso(by the obliques ) stretch and wants to be opened like the real form o a Handstand , also did any one noticed that his torso was opened after progressing with the hand stand ?

Hey Oussama,

You should be feeling more open through your chest and shoulders from dislocates. It's best to submit a form check as the stretch you're feeling in your lower torso may be from arching your lower back. Hard to say without a visual.

While completing the dislocates... If you are reaching as high as possible and elevating your shoulders. The stretch you are feeling is normal.

Be careful this does not come from letting the ribs rise and arching the back :) the ribs must stay down!

Hey carrol actually i was referring to the kink of stretching that opens the chest when i felt it this time i was wondering if it will open to torso like strength training does with the upper torso (from 90 to aproximatively 120)

i do the dislocate as prescribed and i always keep my lower back and torso steady i will try to post a form check soon , thanks
