Is there a way to download the stretch videos? There are alot if times i want to complete the workouts but do not have internet access...

Hi Bryan,
All the courses are online, so they will only be accessible with internet.
If you won't have access to internet during your workout I recommend to study the exercises in your Course Library and take some notes for your workout
