Have you tried to do this barefooted? I think that might help. To me it also looks like you could use some more protraction and ppt, it looks like your lower back is sagging a bit. Of course the Coaches have the final say so I would recommend you to listen to them first and foremost.

Being able to stay on the "Tops" of your toes is a matter of finding what works best for one self even if it is similar to what other's may be doing.
Hi Alex,movement must be refined:
-do not pike the hips at the hold.
-id you can hold weigh on the instep it is better, in your video there is still a little lean of the heel and it is an automatic way to reduce the effort. if you stay on the instep and you hold a correct PPT you have no way to reduce the leverage.
