My left and right cartwheels. No prizes for guessing my dominant side......

Trying take a long lunge and quater turn late. Some are much cleaner than others but all need work.

Thanks all!

Hi Max,

It looks like you are doing a pretty good job. On 7.2 you are doing a nice job of having a long lunge. With this exercise you are also piking your shoulders as you come into the ground. Again, I recommend bringing the arms up by the ears with extended shoulders before you begin your lunge.

On 7.3, also focus on on extending the shoulder before you begin your cartwheel. On this side you also have a small pike in the hips causing your feet to swing around the side rather than over the top. To help with this, kick stronger coming out of the lunge onto the first hand. Also, as you sit up, you are leaving your chest down. Remember to sit your chest up as you finish your cartwheel.

You're doing a good job, keep working hard!

Hero! I couldn't figure out why i was twisted but as soon as you point it out it makes so much sense :)

Will work on all the points you've mentioned. And again, thank you for all the help; can't really say that enough.

Until next time :icon_twisted:

Couple of drills for you:

-Draw a white line on the floor with some chalk an try to begin on the line with the feet , put the hands on the line and finish with the feet on the line

-try to perform the carthwell facing the wall, in this way you are forced to stay tight , open the shoulder and pass through a good wall straddle handstand

Thanks Alessandro, i will definitely work those drills !

I absolutely will, just had some technical difficulties with my camera and the facility has been closed for Christmas.

Thanks for the nudge Luke :)
