New Interface Inconveniences; Workout Details in Library Page

Now as the homepage workout interface got changed and overhauled several times, I am not happy with the new features and interfaces. The new interface is not bad in itself, as for a period of time you could see every needed detail on the course library pages, like the mastery requirements, focus points/mobility focus points, the video showcases, and recommended weight use for several exercises. Now you have to go to the workout settings page switch the workout settings, with the abbreviations you have to look up in the course library; then go to the my availabe workouts and select separately the upper body/core/lower body/splits etc. pages to look up what you need to do, and the template to use. I wish this would be changed. Being able to see every detail in an overview on the course library page, without much clicking, was good enough. For me personally, the workout planning helping features should be an option you CAN use. Right now we HAVE TO click through it and have the program opened during the workouts. For me they are a huge inconvenience, and make the experience a pain in the buttocks. So my wish is: LIST ALL THE NEEDED WORKOUT DETAILS IN AN OVERALL VIEW ON THE COURSE LIBRARY PAGE, like mastery templates, focus/mobility points, videos, and given weights needed to pick.

As any type of update it is a matter of adapting to it, i think that a bit of more flexibility on our mind it is not bad. We had in the past many updates and we have always adapted. I remember the first update of the forum , and the beginning it was hard to navigate thorough it but now i've completely forgot the old interface.

Hello Pascale,

I disagree completely.  The assigned workouts are now MUCH easier to follow and understand; simply click play.

As actually working out according to the follow along videos, and thereby utilizing proper execution and tempo, is my primary purpose for Foundation One, this is not going to change.

If you require additional additional information, then yes you will need to click thru to the details page.

Yours in Fitness,

Coach Sommer
