Oussama KHELLADI

I started thrive after the end of Ramadan(last July) nearly two weeks as you notice i precised unfinished because i didnt commit to the tasks even if i unlocked them all, some task are kept completed from the beginning but others like 1.5 to 2 L water and the requested size of meat thus protein also sleep as requested

i took a picture in the beginning but its not a mark because i was dehydrated for long time fasting and when i finished thrive after failing to log task for 3 or 4 time i think i finished it 3 months after starting i took a picture but i wasn't convinced that it was a much transformation unlike now(i will post the picture later of the current body composition)

the task i am still committed to is

breakfast is protein and fat thus not eating carbs and sugar in the morning and no sugar product until nearly 5 PM

water is nearly 1L a day for most of the days (i found out that when am at work i drink constantly but at home i dont drink too much i think i have to implement the habbit at home)

i try to include meat with lunch and dinner at least 100 g (for budget reason but this section will expand in the near future)

for salad i nearly everyday take spinach and add what i found in the house

for carbs nearly 80% are rise and the rest is potato and sometime wheat home made bread

i mostly drink a little bottle of soda at dinner or at night but not every  day

i eat chocolate and candy with sugar added yogurt also at late night some times withe moderate size and some times  much more XD(chocolate and yogurt became a habit for me)

when i drink coffee cream i dont add sugar since i found that the cake i eat with have some sufficient sugar in it so no need to add

Now what i liked and learned with thrive

like GB i new a lot of exercises but what to start with what to finished with wish progression is first which is last when do i rest etc ...... i really loved the concept of applying what u already know, before purchasing thrive i was reading RFL method but like my knowing on training i knowed too much i didnt know what to do with it and how to proceed so thrive clarified that knowledge and made applicable

now i do understand much more carbs and why in an article i read u have to deserve ur carbs

i understand much more fats and why they should be taken in the morning and lunch

i realy like the info about body switching fuel from carb to fat

i understand the importance of protein and its necessity even if u just absorb 30 g per cycle of digestion

as for benefits:

i dont crave like i was for sugari no longer feel sleepy after lunch and i feel energetic ready for training in the afternoon

Little TIPs with my little knowledge on how to implement changes in our daily life without effort

1 i noticed if the food is not under my vision i dont really crave for it so if you are watching tv just make the food or beverage below your radar

2 reduce the amount of change for ex if you drink or eat sugar added product reduce the ammount and for drinks by drinking after the meal by time without noticing i was taking just some sips only not even a glass (this is before i started thrive)

Finally for the future my objective is to reduce the sugar added product in the evening and eat much more protein with every meal to improve a better body composition improve food quality and taste by learning how to cook the same food with different ways and tastes to kill the boredom and i cant wait for the level 2 which will like the first clarify our real need for supplementation and how to cut fat fast

thank you coach sommer thank you Jeff
