Mastery

I love the new format of the website. However I don't see the mastery for each exercise. Where are the mastery requirements for each of the Foundation elements?

Hi Jon,

The mastery requirements for each exercise can be found in your Workout Settings under Step 9 for each individual exercise. The rest of the mastery template for each exercise can be found in the same location next to its corresponding Step

Hello Jon,

Mastery requirements are no longer listed until you reach that stage in your training.  Too many beginners were confusing the future mastery requirements with their current workout.

Note that after you reach a new programming step, you will still continue to have access to all of the previous programming steps that you mastered for that element.

Thanks for the reply and great program.  I've been loving it for close to two years now.
