This was me about three months ago = zero mobility even with my wife trying to help me. ![]()
And this was me yesterday. A long way to go, but encouraged with the progress in three months. Any tips for improvement would be great.

There's plenty of good advise on the Thoracic stretch series subforum on how to progress height, leg positions, focus points etc. + the shoulder flexion and bridge exercises in that series are what you need to improve.
I would definitely recommend get started with the Thoracic Bridge course and H1 to open up your shoulders.
Atm your shoulder and thoracic mobility limitations prevents you to get far enough into the Thoracic Bridge so you feel the stretch the right places. You arched way to much from your low back, when the arch should be in the Thoracic.
If you look at the picture attached you'll see the difference between the thoracic bridge and a bad bridge. In the first picture shoulders are open and the arch in the thoracic, second picture shoulders and thoracic are tight.
To get benefits from doing an elevated bridge shoulder mobility needs to be addressed. There are plenty of shoulder stretches in the Stratch course. Also found the shoulder mobility exercises in the H1 course extremely helpful ![]()

I like how we have two kinds of bridges: 1) thoracic 2) bad :-) Love it!
How do I access the thoracic bridge series subforum. Just did the series for the first time tonight and got stung by the humble bee ![]()
Hi Joshua,
Scroll down to 'Stretch Series' on the main page and click 'Thoracic Bridge'. If you're still having trouble, please submit a support ticket
