I just purchased Foundation One and I can't figure out how to start the program.  When I go to Foundation One, the classes are listed (Front Lever, etc) but all it shows me is a 5 second video of how to do the exercise but there's no guidance on how many I should do, break time in between, etc.  How do I get started?

Hi Kevin, welcome to GB. Well you do not have to click on the LIbrary but in the "my available workout", where you can choose between upper, lower, core , handstand etc.

Hi Kevin,

The section you were in is for studying proper exercise execution. Your weekly workouts and accompanying follow along workouts are in the 'My Available Workouts' section of your Dashboard. If you still need help, please submit a support ticket and we will be glad to assist.

Hi Kevin :)

These are just example of training schedules. Don't worry too much about these as the follow along videos and workout planner will handle all of this programming.

When you log in to ‪my.gymnasticbodies.com‬, you wil be brought to your dashboard. You will se a section called 'My Available Workouts'. Under that heading, you will see eight workout options: Core, Stretch- Middle Split, Lower Body, Stretch- Front Split, Upper Body, Stretch- Thoracic Bridge, Handstand, and Movement. These eight workouts make up the entire beginner level GB curriculum. The workouts you are focused on for now, as an F1 student, are 'Core', 'Lower Body', and 'Upper Body'.

Each week, all you need to do is complete each available workout once, on any day or days you choose.

To complete a workout, all you need to do is click on one (for example, click 'Core'), and the follow along video will start to play. All you need to do is follow along.

After following along with the workout video, select how it felt using the five smiley faces (Too Easy, Easy, Fine, Too Hard, or Failed Mobility). This will let the system know how to progress you forward for the following week. Continue to follow along with each video until the workout is complete.

Once all of the movements within a workout have been recorded with smiley faces, you can go back to your dashboard where you should now see a green checkmark over the workout. This means your records were saved and the system will automatically update the difficulty levels for you the next workout.

Hope this helps, if you need further assistance please submit a support ticket :)
