Hi GB!

how is my table looking?

Everett Carroll

Hey Nuno,

If you separate your feet a bit, you should be able to raise your hips slightly higher.

Nuno Duarte

@Everett Carroll thanks a lot for the quick answer!

just to clarify, is it ok to separate the feet a bit or the legs must be together to master the movement?

and when i move the hips a little bit higher, it seems that i do not have a straight line from shoulder to hips to knees. is this ok?

thanks again.

Everett Carroll

Hey Nuno,

Feet hip width apart is good for mastery. Just be sure your hips are level with our shoulders. You can post another photo/video with these adjustments.

Nuno Duarte

Hello again!

how is this @Everett Carroll?

best,

Nuno

Hi Nuno,

Nice job! It looks good. Great improvement.

Maybe it is the angle of your photo, but it looks like your right foot is pointing out to the side more… keep them (left and right foot) even.

Nuno Duarte

thanks @Suzanna McGee!

i see what you are saying, and will work on that

your advice are always appreciated!:)
