Dear God training core is addicting; any advice or tips on form here? 

On the back rock I try and visualize a straight line from lower chest through the toes with strong PPT. (At least that is what it feels like)

Hey Ryan,

Your shape is really solid. I do have a few suggestions:

-Towards the end of the set, as you rocked backwards, it looked like you began to loose a small amount of core tension. Pay extra attention to that the next time you are beginning to fatigue in this movement. 

-Adjust to an even more neutral gaze.

-Aim for more shoulder flexion.
