Hi all... question about the difficulty of Bulgarian Rows.  To me... this exercise (RC-PE4) is much more difficult than PE5 or PE6.  I can do 10 reps of pe3 as well as 10 full range pull ups already.  But when i tried the bulgarian rows i was like... whoah... these are tough.  So i have modified them by elevating to make them a bit more manageable until i am strong enough to get to full depth.  Im guessing I have a weakness in my horizontal pull that needs some attention :)

My question is... should i continue to master and focus on these even though i can do pe5 and pe6 + before moving on?

Thanks all.

Hello Scott,

Yes, you must master the PEs in order.

Whether or not you are capable of doing the next PEs is inconsequential.

Your training has simply highlighted a previously undiscovered weakness.  Embrace it and correct it, rather than seeking to avoid it.
