Any suggestions on how to do the inverted pike pull without stall bars / wall bars ?
I was thinking of setting up in squat rack but then my feet old on toart elevated but at least I do have to solid safety bar to hold on to,

typo my feet aren't elevated not my feet old on.......
Hello Steven you can do this in the squat rack by using two barbells. One in front of the rack nearest you and the one you will need to be holding behind the rack with about 225lbs or so on the lower one to stop it shifting.

Some students have had success using the ladder on local playground equipment to do these exercises. Others have used an anchored ladder at home or at a local gym.

what if you don't have a squat rack then what? i'm in the process of either making or buying stall bars but i need a substitute for the movement until then. thanks for the help.
There are no too much substitute, the stallbarr it is the optimal solution also for increase gradually the effort.
