Backflip record

I thought I'd share it here. You might have seen this gentlemen in another video also featuring Coach Sommer :).

That soundtrack music was thoroughly unnecessary haha.

Pretty weird, but i'd imagine that someone who high jumps would absolutely smash that record. They're tall and lanky and jump super high

I have wondered for a while if this was the guy Coach was talking about in the Robb Wolf podcast regarding high jumping ability with GST plus lifting weights?

Maybe if they can backflip. The technique would feel strange.

I agree with Tyson here, Guiness's criteria here for the backflip height record is dumb.

I suspect that any of Coach's gymnasts  would beat this record very easily… 

Nice, but not earth shattering.  I know that this kills Tyson to hear, but I have seen higher.
