Are there any good equipment substitutes for parallel bars for the hollow back press, especially during the Korean Dip phase? I can probably use two chairs for some of the movements, but not sure what I do for all the progressions. Am traveling and won't have consistent access. Thank you

Equipment substitute for hollow back press?

Hi Gregory!
For the korean dips you can use a pullup bar or a smith machine. A box/chair/bench can be used for the other progressions. Lots of parks also have monkey bars where you'll be able to do these exercises ![]()
I spent most of F2 at a park as a matter of fact ![]()
