I will be in KL January 5th -12th 2017. Is there anyone around that want to meet for some GST work?

Hi Ian,

Jonathan Wong at CrossFit Pushmore, whom you met in Singapore, primarily focuses on olympic lifting, but does include some GST mobility and basics into his training.

Thank you Coach. I'm actually going there to train with Jonathan for that week period. Just wanted to put a post out to see if there were any others that would be in the area interested in joining.
