I'm in Foundation 1 and started the Thoracic flexibility course. the actual bridge work in the follow along video was basically too difficult ( dont have that type of press strength yet) and I was unable to do the last 10 minutes or so as a result. is there a modified progression i can utilize to still do the Thoracic flexibility course but not over reach too early?

Hi Matthew,
Here is a response by Coach Sommer to a similar question asked earlier today:
You are doing fine.
Do not feel that you need to complete the entire TB series immediately. Rather only work up to the point that you are currently comfortable. As your strength and thoracic mobility improve, gradually begin working your way deeper and deeper into the series.

Coach Sommer
I'm assuming you were referring to the handstand portion. If you go to the dashboard, scroll down and select Stretch> Thoracic Bridge> Thoracic Bridge series. This will have the list of exercise videos. Click the "technique tip" videos for each one you have trouble with. It shows ways to scale.
Hi matthew, I've recently adopted the use of a little bench (gymnastics bench) that are usually a part of the young kids basic balance work on their feet. basically this bench it is enough to be moved close to the stall bar so that you can put your upper back on it and the hands on the floor. In this way beginning from an elevated surface, all the element where you need to push on the bridge are easier and you can reduce the range of movement of the push up. the next step could be the swissball which is more deformable and as a consquence the range of motion should be more, of course the swissball must be little than the bench.
