Hello.I`ve noticed that the people who have very strong planche, have an angle of the hands of 45 degrees or some of them even more.My question is, should I strive for this angle(or more), in planche leans?
What angle of hands with Planche Leans?

Not necessarily. Between 0 and 90 degrees off straight ahead is all fair game depending on your individual comfort (read; wrist flexibility and possibly structure) ![]()
One reason for this position coming up is due to many people's preference to train planches on paralettes, which obviously require more a turn out.
