Hey folks,
can someone tell me what is the required range of motion for mastering parallel slides (SLS/PE4 < iM)? There are once again quite some differences between the technique tip video and the follow along videos.

Hi Ralph as a general rule:
-knee extended
-begin full full hip extension
-as you move the legs around keep it at the hips level as much as you can.
Thanks Alessandro. But when does it count as mastery? How far do I need to bring my leg to my arm? Does it need to touch?
Hey Ralph,
For mastery, sweeping 90 degrees is the minimum, as long as it's a controlled sweep and you maintain the foot at hip height throughout.
