Levers with chin-up grip?

back lever work should be done with chin up grip. This imitates a similar stress on the elbow that prepares for cross and planche.

front lever feels uncomfortable as the shoulders are externally rotated alot in the straight arm position. I agree that rowing feels quite nice in under grip, but you are better off using over grip for the straight arm static. You can also do them under the p bars, with the hands facing in. or out if you are somewhat of a masochist.
