In regards to the non active leg...I can do the narrow hurdler reasonably well, with both sit bones just about on the ground, but when it comes to the wide hurdler, I lack the internal rotation on the non-active leg (that is, the leg whose hamstring is not being stretched). Any thoughts on scaling this? Maybe adding a small cushion under the non-active sit bone?

Hi Greg,
Yes, elevate the hip as much as necessary to achieve the proper position without discomfort.
