Foundations 2,3,4 and HS videos

Hi guys,

I had a question concerning HS, Foundations 2,3,4 vs. Foundations 1. My understanding is that Foundations 1 pro+ has some perks added on to it, and my question is how does the video quality compare to the others? The level of detail that is covered by Wesley Tan in the explanation of how to properly perform each exercise is impressive, and before I purchase others I am curious if it is the same.

Hi Miguel, 

The follow along videos and technical videos are for the Foundation One course. Once you get into the higher level Foundations you will be shown videos of the exercise for training.
