Difference between HS/PE9 and HS/PE11?

The difference is that in HS/PE11 you are aiming for a 1 to 3 inch distance of the hands and wall. I'm sure this was in the previous version focus points, maybe it got missed in the update (also the focus points for the iMs seem to be missing).
In terms of position you'll find that the small difference is a bit more "floaty" in that the wall is more used as a spot. It's also harder on the traps and shoulders.
The difference is the distance from the wall, in therms of effort is the traps strength necessary to avoid a forward fall.
