Hi guys,

I've been doing PE3 for all the wrist preparation exercises ( Kneeling Wrist Walk, Kneeling First Knuckle Walk, Kneeling Wrist Rock Walk, Kneeling Fingertip Walk).

What's your advice on progressing this?  Do you start with the hands close to the knees, gradually get further away to increase the difficulty as you get comfortable?  Or is it better to keep the distance as pictured and manually apply more pressure as you get more comfortable?

I assume you're ready for the next progression when you're almost at a pushup position, since that seems to be the PE4.

Keen to hear your thoughts on how to approach this.

Do pe3 as shown in the course video until you have 5x5 mastery. Then move on to pe4 with 3x1. You shouldn't need to scale anything in between. If you can't do pe3 as shown, go back to pe2.

If you cannot perform at least one rep in the form showed in the video you can:

-leave some weight from the wrists to the knee (basically move a bit the shoulder backward)

-do it on elevated surface so that the vertical weight component is less.
