SLS/PE2 Form Check

Hi Daniel,

In the PE try to stay more upright rather than leaning forward too much.

iM looks good to me! I'm new to this exercise myself so wait for a GB coach to comment :)

The suggestion about the upper body leaning forward makes sense in a perfect condition where no restrictions in joints are presented. the fact that he is leaning forward it is a sign of lack of ankles mobility rather than pure technical execution choice.

Aside that the execution it is acceptable. i would lie to see the IM with a front view.

So, reshoot the iM from both a front and side angle? For the PE, upright is ideal but for mastery it's okay? With the caveat that I improve ankle flexibility in PE3/PE4 and then refine this movement?
