Hello guys,

My name is Leandro and i'm 19 years old, had been training since i was 14, working with weights and bodyweight exercises.

I started foundation 1 and in day 1 i did all the last progressions to mastery and i was thinking, should i start foundation 2 or it will be good for me to spend some time in foundation 1?

I can already do some things on the rings ( support holds, dips, some front and back lever progressions, etç) as i made a pull up bar and a pair of rings at home and like i said, i workout since i was 14, so i'm not a total begginer regarding working out (not talking about gymnastic though).

Should i start HS1 along with foundations? I can do something like 12 handstand push ups already, the book will be of any use for me?

Take a couple of weeks to do mastery in all the progressions in Foundation 1. You may find that some are beyond your reach. But I would start training Handstand 1 alongside it

Hi @Leandro Santos,

Please post in the Form Check for your Foundation One progressions for the Forum Coaches to check your mastery sets.

How  can i acess foundation 1 forum? As i have foundation 1 for quit a bit of time but haven't used it and i can't acess the forum.

Any way for me to record my form easily? As i never did it and don't have a camera, only a simple phone and my notebook.
