Hi just thaught I would post a form check in the beginning of this progression since I dont see any technique tips on in. I know that I need to open my shoulders moore but is the hand-to-wall distance ok? Anything else?

Yes, I tried to upload from my mobile, the file was too big. And i dont see a delete button any place..
You need to scale the quality. or use a service provider for video/photo and post the link.
