well from what I have checked out this seems to be the legit record from january of this year, however i'm quite surprised there hasn't been more of a deal made about this. Previous record was 22.8s from 2003.You have to think that surely some of the stronger gymnasts out there could manage similar figures. it would be interesting to see if more world class ring men had a crack at it.
