Hi,

Please form check. Thanks.

Hey Greg,

Your tuck-ups are looking pretty good. Focus on keeping a smooth constant pace throughout your entire set. At the top of some of your reps you had a little bit of a jerking motion going on. Keep working on smoothing those out. Keep it up!

Greg White

Cheers, much appreciated. The jerkiness at the top is me trying to force some more compression. It lacks grace!

Not too much to add to jeff's suggestion, try to have a more coordination, upper and lower body should touch the floor at the same time.

Greg White

Thanks Alessandro. Duly noted.

Looks good!

Question to the Forum Leaders: should Greg's back be straighter? Wes's video shows a very straight back (which I struggle to get).

Greg White

Hi all. Please can my update video be form checked.

Thanks.

Hi Greg,

Awesome improvement! There is still a small amount of jerking at the top or some of your reps, but it has come a long way. Nice work!

Thanks Jeff.

Would it be best to stay on my current sets x reps and just work at smoothing the reps?

Alessandro Mainente

Yes, BEFORE we should reach quality then maintain quality on the quantity.

Hi. Another form check please, PE & iM.

I saw on someone's PE form check that they touched the ground and Alessandro said this fine to do. So I've added that and I think its helped smooth out the jerkiness. What do you think?

Alessandro Mainente

Hi Greg, nice work on PE. on IM try to stick out the butt to the side a bit more.

Greg White

Excellent. Thanks Alessandro.
