I too am confused.
The content is great, pacing is good, but this website is confusing.
How do i get to the second week of Foundation lessons?
I completed the week 1 with crab, ape, etc. completed the quiz, but I cannot see where week two is?

There's a max of one lesson per day. If you passed the quiz today, the next block will start tomorrow.
