Something I notice alot of people do when they do Hinge Rows. They don't rotate their hands at the top position, so that their palms are pointing towards their head, they kept it facing forward position, like at the bottom position. Should they turn their hands in? and why?

The grip should be held neutral at the half of repetition and begin in a prone position.
IN simple words: the rotation of the grip ensures a complete involvement of the major elbows flexor.
Hi Andrew,
You bring up a good point. At the top of each rep the palms of the hands should be facing towards the head. This will allow the muscles, ligaments and tendons surrounding the elbow to become stronger, preparing the body for more advanced GST. Thanks for the question!
Awesome, thanks guys!
