What is the Brain Game?

At the end of day 3 (wrist mobility), the instructor says, "Make sure to play our brain game!"

But I cannot see a link, or any further details about what this is.

It is in the block 1 section. it covers also the day argument.

The Brain Game always occurs on day 6 of each new instructional block.
