Hi!

could you give me some advice? how is my form?

when i am at the position i feel like my elbows are locked but when i look at the photo they seem bent. should i elevate my feet more or get closer to the wall? i feel the stretch mostly on the shoulders. thanks a lot in advance!IMG_20160726_184349.jpg

Nice work man, my personal advice:

-move hands closer so that your hands are next to the ears.

-you are welcome to move lower!

Nuno Duarte

@Alessandro Mainente wow, thanks for the quick answer!

So my elbows are fine? don't they look bent? i feel like they are locked  but looking at the photo...

thanks again!

Alessandro Mainente

I think that it is a sensation due to pic angle. but you are welcome to take another pic from the front.

Nuno Duarte

how about in this pic?
thanks again!Untitled.jpg

i need it from the front, completely. as stated before the arms now seem very wide, you need to move them closer.

Nuno Duarte

ok Alessandro! thanks! i will post a new photo soon!

Hi Nuno as you can see the hands width can mask shoulders rom reduction as you case. probably I would reduce more the grip in the elevated version, if you move down your thumbs so that they are looking inward you should have about 8-10 cmin between the thumbs.

Spend more time on elevated cat and reverse cat pose.

Nuno Duarte

first of all thanks for the advise.

i should start with the hands more close to the ears? (i am not sure that i understand what you meant whit the thumbs:()

And are my elbows fine?

thanks a lot for your time @Alessandro Mainente!

really appreciate it!

Alessandro Mainente

yes they are locked, you will find that when you move them closer probably it is harder to hold them locked.

Nuno Duarte

ok looks like i have some work to do!:D

thanks,

Nuno
